About The Event

Stop Fixing and Rescuing: Start Coaching!

Leah Green, Founder of The Compassionate Listening Project, will host Master Coach and Trainer, Donna Zajonc for this special 1.5 hour session on becoming a more powerful peacemaker in your family, community and workplace. This event is offered on a donation basis (we have posted a free ticket as well to support those without financial resources). We hope you will join us!

                                             --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Our desire to be helpful can sometimes manifest as attempting to fix and rescue those around us. When this happens, we may not realize that we are disempowering others and can interfere with their development. These insights also explain why so many people in helping professions and organizations become exhausted and burn out.

In this online event, Donna Zajonc will share deep insights into the reactive roles of the Drama Triangle: Victim, Rescuer and Persecutor, along with practical strategies and actionable tips to shift these dysfunctional roles and live more fully in the roles of Creator, Coach and Challenger, within The Empowerment Dynamic (TED*) framework.

This event will provide special emphasis on moving from Rescuer to Coach, and will serve all who wish to cultivate more self-awareness, improve relationships, and make a positive impact in their families, communities and organizations.

The Compassionate Listening Project has incorporated the teachings from the book, The Power of TED (The Empowerment Dynamic) since it was published in 2006. Shifting from the Drama Triangle roles of Victim, Rescuer, Persecutor to live more fully from The Empowerment Dynamic: Creator, Coach, and Challenger, is a core part of the Compassionate Listening Project's introductory and advanced trainings. We are so pleased to host this session with  Donna, one of the core developers of TED.

Donna Zajonc has been a Master Certified Coach since 2013 and Director of Coaching for the Center for The Empowerment Dynamic. She is the author of, Who Do You Want To Be on the Way to What You Want: Coaching with The Empowerment Dynamic, which was published in March 2022.  Her book shows how to coach and lead with the TED* framework. She has collaborated with David Emerald for over 15 years to bring The Empowerment Dynamic to the global community. Working together they have created unique trainings and programs that have changed the lives of thousands. Over 500 coaches have completed the TED* for Coaches webinars she first launched in 2012. She embodies a deep love of the concepts and desires to authentically apply The Empowerment Dynamic in her own work and life.  Donna loves a great NW microbrew, dark chocolate, dancing every day, and daily beach walks.
