COMPASSION CIRCLES

Compassion is the radicalism of our time

How can we best respond to this time of intense global disruption

and massive collective re-calibration? A time where our vulnerability,

interdependence and our need to be in community are felt more than

ever before?

We have been cultivating skills and practices for the past 30 years that

can deeply support us in these challenging times. We know that our

collective resilience – our ability to connect to often hidden sources of

strength within us – depends on our capacity to connect

compassionately with ourselves and others, and to be deeply listened to

and heard. Together, we can strengthen our capacity to remain resilient under stress. We can connect to a collective picture of new life that’s emerging from this collapse, and learn how to stay in our hearts even in the midst of chaos and fear.

Join us for listening and speaking from the heart in Compassion Circles,

with Compassionate Listening and other powerful resilience practices.

Be part of a community as we navigate through this time of crisis and awakening.

Our certified facilitators are offering Compassion Circles with the hopes of casting a wide net, so we can support each other in community as we move towards what's emerging. No prior experience with Compassionate Listening is required. Join whatever sessions work for you. After you sign up, you'll receive the schedule and Zoom links to participate. We will then send weekly reminders with schedule updates and links.

"Your facilitation was exceptional...I was struck by how you made it truly ok for everyone to be exactly as they are right now. You had clearly planned a session for maximum simplicity while yielding optimum depth for the time available. You shared words of wisdom that recognize the shared pain while inviting hope and building capacity for transformation. I left inspired. Very well done!"

Listening is a magnetic and strange thing, a creative force. The friends who listen to us are the ones we move toward. When we are listened to, it creates us, makes us unfold and expand.
