Join Rabbi Andrea Cohen Kiener as she teaches theory and exercises from Compassionate Listening, kabbalah, hasidut, Torah and halacha to learn guidance for healthy communication. We will use a combination of study, reflection, quieting techniques and practice to learn and internalize this guidance.
