In this online somatic circle, we’ll gently explore how boundaries support us in staying present with ourselves—and in connection with others.

Together, we will:

• slow down and notice what our bodies are telling us

• explore simple ways to recognize our boundary signals

• practice listening with curiosity, care, and respect

• reflect in pairs and in the full group

This is not about getting boundaries “right.”

It’s an invitation to deepen awareness, to meet ourselves with kindness, and to experience what it’s like to be heard—without needing to fix or change anything.

Participants often leave with:

• a clearer sense of their own signals for yes and no

• more ease in asking for space when needed

• greater trust in their body’s wisdom

• a deeper experience of being heard and respected

You are welcome exactly as you are.

No prior experience is needed.
