Beachte: Dieser Workshop wird zweisprachig auf Deutsch und Englisch unterrichtet. Für die deutsche Version der Beschreibung bitte nach unten scrollen.

Join Compassionate Listening Facilitator Gil Bar-Sela and his colleague Aron Sircar to learn how to transform critical conversations into an opportunity to strengthen private and professional relationships, and deepen connection. Learn a simple tool-kit that can be applied immediately to a variety of real-life situations and relationships such as family, friends, and work.

WE WILL LEARN TO:

– View conflict as an opportunity to further our understanding of each-other, find common ground, and inspire creative solutions.

– Listen empathetically and create a safe conversational space where information can flow more freely.

– Speak our truth authentically, yet constructively in order to build bridges toward connection.

– Learn self care tools. Increase your capacity for personal resilience, balance and strength to meet challenging situations.

THIS WORKSHOP IS BEST SUITED FOR:

– Professionals who wish to learn how to manage teams more effectively, increase engagement and build team cohesion.

– Coaches, consultants, mediators and counsellors who wish to cultivate stronger conflict facilitation and interpersonal communication skills.

– Individuals who wish to learn how to apply these tools to heal relationships and further their own personal development.

The workshop will be taught bilingually in English and German; an opportunity to cultivate applied communication skills for an increasingly globalized world. Learn to overcome fear in order to create connection which facilitates authentic mutual understanding despite lingual challenges.

ARON SIRCAR is a consultant for change, conflict, and crisis management, and also works as a mediator and systemic coach. He holds degrees in law, economics, psychology and international relations as well as various further professional diplomas and certificates in related fields of work. Now based in Berlin, he originates from the UK and has enjoyed an international upbringing, thus also having had the privilege of an early exposure to the challenges and opportunities of diversity. In his work with public institutions, NGOs, private organisations and individuals, Aron draws from extensive experience in political, economic, and legal conflict resolution in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and South Asia where he has learned to build bridges between cultural, religious, political, and social divides. However, having also learned that interpersonal conflict is most often an external mirror image of individual inner challenges, he now focuses on the deeper level of consolidating genuine inner balance, peace, and freedom as the indispensable first step towards overcoming fear, hatred, and pain, and thus towards building the necessary foundation for resolving outward conflict.
